立式振動(dòng)電機(jī)要想使用的壽命更長(zhǎng),在使用時(shí)要注意一下幾點(diǎn):
1、檢查立式振動(dòng)電機(jī)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作是否可靠。
2、檢查電機(jī)的外表有無(wú)裂紋,各緊固螺釘及零件是否齊全,惦記的固定情況是否良好。
3、根據(jù)銘牌所示數(shù)據(jù),如電壓、功率、頻率、聯(lián)結(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)速等與電源、負(fù)載比較是否相符。
4、檢查立式振動(dòng)電機(jī)的通風(fēng)情況及軸承潤(rùn)滑情況是否正常。
5、新的或長(zhǎng)期停用的電機(jī),使用前應(yīng)檢查繞組間和繞組對(duì)地絕緣電阻。通常對(duì)500V以下的電機(jī)用500V絕緣電阻表;對(duì)500-1000V的電機(jī)用1000V絕緣電阻表;對(duì)1000V以上的電機(jī)用2500V絕緣電阻表。絕緣電阻每千伏工作電壓不得小于1MΩ,并應(yīng)在電機(jī)冷卻狀態(tài)下測(cè)量。
6、扳動(dòng)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸,檢查轉(zhuǎn)子能否自由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)有無(wú)雜聲。
7、檢查電機(jī)的電刷裝配情況及舉刷機(jī)構(gòu)是否靈活,舉刷手柄的位置是否正確。
8、檢修中調(diào)整激振塊時(shí),要注意其對(duì)稱(chēng)性,使激振塊兩兩相對(duì),即兩端激振塊的中心連接線要與轉(zhuǎn)軸平行。
9、避免振動(dòng)電機(jī)垂直或傾斜安裝,減少因電機(jī)兩端軸承受激振塊重力影響產(chǎn)生的損壞;
